The RBS Emerging Artist Award (formally the ABN AMRO Emerging Artist Award), now in its sixth year, is one of the largest corporate exhibitions of emerging contemporary art in Australia. This September RBS will unveil the works of gifted up and coming Australian contemporary artists who have been selected to participate in the sixth annual RBS Emerging Artist Award. 53 artists selected by independent curator Susan Manford will display works across a broad range of media and forms including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, video, installation and glass. Works will be displayed in a series of exhibitions held at the Renzo Piano RBS Tower in Sydney culminating in a presentation evening on 20 October to announce the Award winner.
