This work was the result of an artist-in-residence program with Parks Victoria and the Nillumbik Shire. Here I lived in the bush for six months and experienced the true romance of the bush setting. The larger world was preparing for an American, British and Australian invasion of Iraq and Australia was detaining refugees from the Middle East. Boats were sinking on our shores; 360 people who were seeking asylum in Australia met their death. This performance is a meditation on multiple realities.
