These images are taken from a live performance titled Laundry, created for Temporal Proximities, curated by Kelli Alred. The event was held in the Magdalen Laundries at the Abbottsford Convent. This is a space that has an intense history of women who worked there. Their work and lives are felt through the very bones of the architecture. The performance was a response to the history and the site.
