We are thrilled to feature selected works by Nigerian photographer Lakin Ogunbanwo.
Ogunbanwo’s enigmatic portraits explore the language of race and identity, often with an erotic and subversive undertone. Purposefully obscuring the individual identity of the sitters he draws attention to what defines an individual within a larger cultural collective.
This year we will also present new work from leading Australian artists Chris Bond, Michael Cook, Juan Ford, Petrina Hicks, & Victoria Reichelt.
We also congratulate Yhonnie Scarce who will participate in this year’s INSTALLATION CONTEMPORARY.
