Open Spaces: Stockland Head Office, Sydney

Open Spaces, 2023 is an abstract mural designed as a dynamic negotiation of space. Details from the built environment are re-imagined as flat graphic forms which are composed and painted across two walls of the central core uniting the interior design and open-plan office spaces.

Overlapping and reversed forms negotiate and reposition themselves to reveal interesting and unexpected moments and relationships. These painted details are a metaphor for the way that buildings and environments can also create moments for people to connect. This artwork celebrates the way that spaces and places can have a positive influence on the way we work and live.
