Tom Moore: Winner, City of Hobart Art Prize

Tom Moore is the Winner of the $15,000 City of Hobart Art Prize (Glass) for his stunning work Light Bulb Moment. The judges praised Tom's as a bravura work deploying traditional Italian glass techniques in a technically sophisticated and contemporary way.

It's been a big twelve months for Tom, who also won the Ranamok Prize for Contemporary Glass 2014 and the Art Gallery of Western Australia's Tom Malone Prize 2013.

The City of Hobart Art Prize is on at Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery until 23 November 2014.
